One of my favorite things about the Holidays is putting up decorations. These last few years I have made Pinterest a go to spot for rocking out some DIY Holiday Decor ideas. Don’t get me wrong I love going into Target and picking up Holiday decorations, but this year I am making it more about DIYing it !

Holiday decorations for me aren’t just decorations to me, but represent my family coming over and celebrating being together and eating cookies and drinking milk. So that is why when I make my DIY Holiday Decor pieces, I truly am just smiling the whole through because I know that by making these pieces, being with my whole family is just around the corner 🙂

One tip for DIYing for the Holidays, be sure to go through what you have at home before tackling the stores for supplies 🙂

All my supplies came from Big Lots, Target, Michaels and my big Green Craft Box that I have collected over the years. Remember, sales are the best for great holiday decor finds to use for DIYing and the best sales are right after Christmas 🙂
